Dealing with the current situation

Dear Clients, Principals and Project Participants,

Due to the spread of the SARS CoV-2 Coronavirus, we currently find ourselves in a challenging time in which health, compassion, kindness, care and thoughtfulness should be of special concern. Therefore, we would like to inform you today about the organisational measures the entire euroterra team is taking for the next few weeks in order to be able to continue planning the projects despite the extensive restrictions – as a precautionary measure, of course, for the health and safety of our team of colleagues and all our fellow people.

To put it briefly: We would like to continue planning and managing the projects as usual. Therefore, we are closely monitoring the situation and developments surrounding the spread of the SARS CoV-2 Coronavirus and basing our assessment of the situation – updated on a daily basis – on the specifications of the responsible federal and state authorities, the Robert Koch Institute and the corresponding safety regulations of our business and project partners and clients.

Consequently, we have decided that the euroterra team will mainly work in the office or from home. To ensure that you can still contact us, we would like to recommend contacting the respective project contact persons using the usual mobile numbers or via email. We also have to keep external contacts to an absolute minimum. Nevertheless, in order to ensure that any direct external contact in individual cases takes place in accordance with the internal safety regulations of the respective company and is arranged accordingly, we can only make appointments outside the office/home office after direct consultation with the responsible contact persons.

We hope that with our measures we can counteract the further spread of the coronavirus and protect our team and the employees of our project and business partners, as well as principals, and hope for a positive development soon.

We hope that you and your families keep well. Kind regards,
Marc Ewers and Team
