What do we do?
We do many things and, above all, we make many things possible.

Our main focus is on consulting, planning and realisation of projects in healthcare, nursing, hospital and industrial construction.

In close cooperation with all involved, we create spaces that feel good but are still functional. We do not follow any dogmas or trends. We pursue the goal of developing a mutual language with you as the client and principal in order to bring the project from “the idea” to a realisable “implementation” tailored to your needs.

Consulting

An initial project idea usually entails a lot of questions. We get to know you, listen carefully, take a close look, think proactively and have the answers to your questions, or find them out – together with you. After you get to know us and we get to know you and your ideas, we define your goals together, identify the requirements and consider the framework conditions. We create facts on the basis of a fundamental analysis and incorporate inventories, appraisals and economic feasibility studies, including a cost estimate and research into potential products (including large medical devices, industrial processing machines), into development/feasibility studies so that we can explain the path from planning to initiation to you in a comprehensible and binding way.

Planning

Once we have defined the goal and formulated the design brief together, it is our objective to realise the project within the given cost and time frame, tailored to your needs. In addition to all basic services for the planning of buildings in accordance with the service phases of the Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure – HOAI), we also support you in matters relating to necessary safety concepts, structural investigations, special applications for approval in accordance with the Federal Immission Control Act (Bundesimmissionsschutzgesetz – BImschG) and thus provide you with a comprehensive range of additional services. If necessary, we are happy to call on the services of planning partners – unless you request otherwise – whom we have already worked on projects with in a trusting, solution-oriented manner.

We are also happy to take over the management of the project and are available as a general planner, i.e. the sole contractual partner with all the planning, coordination, support, consulting and monitoring services required for the realisation of the project. A contact person who takes over the arrangement and coordination of the interdisciplinary planning team, handles the contract negotiations, and supervises the implementation planning and tendering procedures for all of the required construction work. Everything from one source – we act as your trustee, in your interests and speakng the same language.

Implementation

During the implementation phase of your project, we take over the task of site supervision, we work on-site, observe closely, document all construction processes transparently and always try to act as your trustee. All construction work is monitored by us with regard to quality, costs and deadlines. We act on your behalf, monitor the construction and manage the project from beginning to end – and beyond.

How do we work?

Thinking freely, coming up with unusual solutions, creating functionality for people – that is the idea of architecture that we embrace and implement with dedication together with principals, authorities and project partners. Despite all the technical demands, requirements and complications that are bound to arise, there is no problem or vanity that distracts us from putting people at the centre of our planning. In doing so, we always take on the tasks entrusted to us with dedication, reliability, honesty, joy and instinct, in addition to our expertise and many years of experience.

We feel responsible for projects from the first stages of planning to initiation (realisation) – and beyond – and see ourselves as problem solvers for complex spatial, design and technical tasks. For us, a constant open dialogue based on trust is one of the cornerstones of our way of working – both for us as a team as well as for cooperation with all those involved in the project.

With a firm eye on deadlines and costs, confident in our dealings with the authorities and experienced in logistics, we approach you, our clients, and your wishes with an open mind and curiosity in order to find the best of all possible solutions together, sometimes even in unusual ways. Opportunities and risks will be assessed realistically from the beginning in order to advise you properly and ultimately help you make the right decision.
