ACCESSIBILITY
Explanation of Accessibility
We, euroterra GmbH architects and engineers, are committed to making the website www.euroterra.de accessible to all. The legal basis for this is the Barrier-Free Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the Hamburg Act on the Equal Opportunities of People with Disabilities (HmbBGG), in their respective valid versions.
Below, we have compiled information about the accessibility and barrier-free use of this website, as well as contact options regarding this matter.
The following measures have been implemented:
- Keyboard operability – navigation can be selected via TAB function
- Clear hierarchical structure of headings
- Meaningful link descriptions
- As high contrast as possible between text and background
- Avoidance of tables
- Logical order of elements
- No restriction on screen orientation
- Easy language
We have refrained from providing textual descriptions of visual representations of our projects, as these are included within the project information itself. This helps us ensure a clear and understandable page structure and project presentation.
Contact regarding questions about barrier-free use
If you wish to report existing barriers, need support, or want to inquire about the implementation of accessibility, please contact us. You can send an email to c.ewers@euroterra.de or call us at: +49 (0) 40 27 87 588-12.
Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with the responses from the contact options above, you can submit an application to the Hamburg Arbitration Board (Schlichtungsstelle Hamburg) to initiate an arbitration procedure under the Hamburg Disability Equality Act (HmbBGG).
The Hamburg Arbitration Board has been established for people with disabilities who feel disadvantaged. Its task is to resolve disputes out of court. You can contact the arbitration board directly at:
