For the project “H36”, five villas with a total of 57 exclusive freehold apartments designed in the elegant architecture of the classic white Alster villa are being built on the Hamburg Aussenalster, nestled in a park environment. The apartments, including several penthouses, range in size from 65 to 320 m2, have three to six rooms and a 390 m2 generously sized wellness and fitness area, as well as a two-storey underground car park with 150 parking spaces.
We were commissioned by the project-financing LBB Landesbank Berlin AG with project supervision and construction auditing for the construction of 57 luxury apartments at Alsterpark.
